Software Engineer (java/J2EE/C/C++)

What will you do ?

You will be part of the software development team. In close cooperation with the project manager and a team of developers you are responsible for the analysis and active development of new and current J2EE-projects.

In a compact team of developers and testers you develop efficient and time saving programs. You are a team player who can also take responsibility.

Suggestions and problems will be discussed together with the project manager and other people of the team.

Who are we looking for ?

You have an engineering or university degree or you gained a bachelor in IT and you already have some years of relevant experience. ICT and development are a definite passion for you.

You draw on a very thorough knowledge of C/C++, Java, J2EE and the operating system Linux. Preferably you have at least 3 years of professional experience in J2EE-development.

You are prepared to work in existing projects. This will be supported by internal training. You will also be in direct contact with the final customers and give them technical advice. Creativity, perseverance and flexibility are indispensable in this job.

In time you are prepared to take courses in other tools.

You communicate fluently in English (orally and written) and you have a thorough command of the French language.

Working abroad for short periods does not scare you off.
